ABOUT THE GOODS
byMAGMALOU is not just an online store! The products we sell retrieved physically from our warehouse / store in Skovveien 8 so this means that the item may have already been tried by other customers. In some circumstances there may be "insignificant" marks on the item. We check each garment / item thoroughly before sending it to make sure it is in excellent standard. Whether there is a "significant" defect in the item you will hear from us before we send out your item.
Prices in the online shop are quoted in NOK incl. VAT.
You must be over 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card.
Be sure that the e-mail address, mailing address, size and all other information in your order is correct.
You can pay by Visa / MasterCard. When you pay by card, and an amount will be reserved on your credit card until your order shipped.
We currently ship within Norway only.
Shortly after we receive your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you cannot find this in your inbox, is the most likely in your spam / junk folder. We double-check so that we have the ordered item in stock. If you have not received any order confirmation, a technical error may have occurred, and you must place your order again. Your package will be sent from us 1-3 business days after the order is received and takes roughly 1-3 days for it to arrive. We try our best to make sure that you receive your item as quickly as possible! If you have not received your order within 14 days, it is your responsibility to contact us. After a month we presume that your order is delivered. It can occur that we may be sold out for an item even if an item is in stock in the webshop (if several order an item at the same time etc.) You will receive an email from us if this is the case.
RETURNS, RECLAIMS AND REFUNDS
You have by consumer law full withdrawal for 14 days after you received your order. Cancellation rights apply even if the goods are on sale. When returning an order, the item goods must be unused, labels must be on and the item is returned in its original packaging. Customers must cover postage costs themselves when returning an item. You are responsible for the package coming back to us when returning goods. This means that you are responsible for package contents until we receive your return.
Once we receive your return, you will receive confirmation email from us. We know how important it is for you to get your money back quickly, so we prioritize putting money back into your account. Usually we transfer the amount for the return the same day as we receive the return, but the transaction can take between 1-10 days. Remember to send your full name, account number and phone number.
If there is a fault with the item you have a guaranty of 2 years from your first receipt. This requires that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you submit receipt and / or order number on the item purchased from us. This warranty is void if the product is considerably well used or washed incorrectly. When reclaiming send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cover return costs when there it is a claim.
RETURNS CAN BE SENT TO

We recommend sending as a “Norges pakke”, as they are searchable and are an insured postal service. Searchability and insurance waive about sending parcels by post - and the postal service will take longer. Returns are to be paid by the customer at the Post office. The exception is if you return after the approval of a claim, then the shipping and the return will refunded to you.
When exchanging to a different item / colour or size, it is the same return process, just contact us on 97041888 / email@example.com.
RETURNS IN SALE SEASONS
Regular 14-day swap and cancellation rights also apply during sale. Ie if the item you bought has been reduced in price you are welcome to return it and try to book it again to the sales price, but we do not refund the price difference between the new and old price.
OBS: The following may occur
- An item may be sold out
- Colours can differ from reality
- Deviations may occur, as our warehouse inventory is controlled manually
